After a diagnosis or diagnoses have been made at the initial appointment, medications may be recommended based on a variety of factors. These factors include but are not limited to your interest in or access to psychotherapy, the level of your impairment and severity of symptoms, other medical diagnoses, side effect considerations, and your personal
preference.

At the end of each appointment, whether the initial or any follow ups, recommendations for treatment will be provided. Ideally, this will provide the necessary information for you to make an informed decision about your treatment.
