Dr. Saira Bhatti, M.D.
General Adult Psychiatrist + Psychotherapist
specializing in women’s mental health
Philosophy
As a woman, a mother, a professional (or all three), you’re constantly showing up for others- but when was the last time you checked in on yourself?
Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or just not yourself. Maybe motherhood isn’t what you expected, your village isn’t what you thought it would be, or balancing work and family feels impossible. Maybe you’re struggling with postpartum depression, mom guilt, career burnout, or just the weight of it all.
Whatever you’re going through, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I provide a warm, supportive space where you can talk openly, feel understood, and find real solutions to help you feel like yourself again. Whether it’s through therapy, medication management, or holistic strategies, I’ll work with you to create a plan that fits your life.
Remember: you can’t pour from an empty cup.
